My insert key stopped working

This issue is not a Sage 300 program problem, loss of functionality on the keyboard is due to a hardware change on your computer.

Depending on your hardware you will need to search the internet for the keyboard strokes to lock and unlock insert key function.

For example on a Dell laptop, function key may need to be locked to use insert key.  To lock you would press Fn and Esc simultaneously.
